The Cartoon Movement is an international online platform for political cartoons and comics journalism.
The Cartoon Movement is an international online platform for political cartoons and comics journalism. Founded in 2010, the platform now hosts a community of over 280 professional cartoonists from more than 80 countries. They contribute their perspectives on various international issues to the online newsroom; at least four times a week, the best cartoons are published on the homepage. The Cartoon Movement was founded by Thomas Loudon (former correspondent in Iran for Dutch media) and Arend Jan van den Beld (former information expert at Phillips International), and is run by Tjeerd Royaards, an award-winning editorial cartoonist.
