"PISTES"... in order to transform the feeling of powerlessness and the violence within a conflict
This tool is firstly the summary of numerous field observations of processes that increase and decrease violence within human relationships and processes in groups and society.
These observations of conflictual processes (either negotiated or violent) have been elaborated by a transversal study of the three levels of violent phenomena and conflicts that are the individual, the structure and the culture. They have been confronted with to and enriched by the contributions of many researchers [1] and practitioners [2] and conceptualised in the Approach and constructive transformation of conflicts [in the orginal French l’Approche et transformation constructives des conflits ](ATCC cf. note 26)
