The application of the western model of the Nation-State in post-crisis contexts is problematic.

Dans le cas de sortie de guerre comme dans celui de reconstruction d’un Etat, il s’agit de créer un espace collectif, un sentiment national, un Etat dans lequel se reconnaît l’ensemble de la population. Il s’agira aussi de s’interroger sur la manière dont est perçu et organisé le bien public ? Quelles formes de solidarités existent et quel désir de vivre ensemble ?
